More information below
Reptiles emerged from the Paleozoic as humble creatures, but over time they grew into one of the largest life forms ever seen, stomping, swimming and gliding across the planet. This age of reptiles was a spectacular prehistoric epic, and it all took place during a single era: the Mesozoic.
This episode (and most episodes of Aeons) features beautiful paleoart from Studio 252mya. We challenge you to try not to spend hours looking at their work: http://252mya.com
And thanks as always to Nobumichi Tamura for allowing us to use his wonderful paleoart: http://spinops.blogspot.com/
Produced for PBS Digital Studios.
