This drink is the very embodiment of what has made Milk & Honey so successful, a refined and very simple approach to cocktails putting balance above all else. It's one of those drinks that I think a lot of people can overlook, it's so simple and there's really not much to it, but that would be a mistake. It's incredibly nuanced for a drink with just three ingredients and it truly is the perfect nightcap, so do yourself a favor and mix this one up.
