The Cecil Hotel is a budget hotel in downtown Los Angeles, located at 640 S. Main Street, opened on December 20, 1924. Jack Unterweger, a Ramirez impersonator, murdered three prostitutes while staying at the Cecil, which many believe he chose as a nod to the Night Stalker himself.
