The Path to Mass Production: Third Quarter Update

From the outset, Luminar's approach was to develop an integrated hardware and software solution that safely unlocks autonomy at every level. With Iris as its foundation, our software stack enables an unparalleled level of reliability, precision and confidence to enable next-generation safety features and highway autonomy without intervention or monitoring.

All the work we have done over the past two years with Hydra, our test and development platform, is transferred directly to Iris for mass production. We remain on track to deliver an alpha version of Luminar's Sentinel solution by the end of the year with prototypes of Proactive SafetyTM and highway autonomy features.
