The Pope will publish the 2nd part of Jesus of Nazareth in the spring
Even though he broke his wrist this summer, the pope continued to work on the second part of his book Jesus of Nazareth and dictated revisions. According to the Vatican spokesperson, it will be published in the spring.

It is a historical, theological and ascetic reflection on the childhood, passion, death and resurrection of Jesus.

When he published the first book, he declared that it was not papal teaching, but the result of his personal investigation, and that no one should feel obliged to agree with him .

Joseph Ratzinger has published more than 100 books. Not counting three encyclicals and compilations of his speeches, Jesus of Nazareth is the second he has written since becoming pope.
