I had the wonderful opportunity to sit down with the fabulously creative dynamic duo of Susie and Carol at their floral design boutique, Penny & Lulu, while doing research for my cozy mystery series, The Rose City Mysteries. It was sometimes difficult to concentrate on our conversation because of the incredible sights and smells I encountered in their store. This is truly one of my favorite places in Southern Oregon.
