In this video we talk about The Witness Who Wore Red: The 19th Wife Who Brought Polygamous Cult Leaders to Justice by Rebecca Musser and Mr. Bridget Cook I have wanted to read this book for ages and seeing as we are now looking down. and I need a break from all things Tudor. I thought this would be the perfect opportunity. This review has been divided into 2 parts because it is so long that part 2 will be released next week. Anyone who knows me well knows that I am completely fascinated by all religious fundamentalism and am particularly interested in polygamous sects. I have watched many documentaries about the FLDS, but this was the first book I read on the subject and it was a captivating witch reading that somehow lifted the veil of polygamy from a way that television never could.
