Welcome to episode 20 of the Mindful & Driven podcast! It's about not losing sight of what really matters while pursuing your dreams.

The guest of episode 20 is Kaki Okumura. She is a Japanese wellness expert. She particularly focuses on how the relationship between physical health and mental health is so linked and weakness in one or illness in one will lead to illness in the other two. At the same time, if you can improve your health and physical health, it also has benefits for your mental health. She really explores how to achieve this through diet and exercise.

Kaki herself was born in Dallas but raised in Tokyo and New York, which gave her an interesting insight into the two different cultures as she grew up. This means she was able to see the pros and cons of both and her own life philosophy which she now shares with her large number of followers. We also covered some aspects like ikigai which I know a lot of people are interested in.
