Flying low and slow, dodging rifle fire, SAMs and MIGs, the F-105 and A-1 Skyraider jocks learn that winning equals living. Being shot down over North Vietnam is sometimes a trip to the "Hanoi Hilton." Two US Air Force Aces make aviation history by shooting down two MIGs in 90 seconds . It is the dramatic story of a daily life punctuated by terror under constant fire, extraordinary courage and tacit heroism. This program includes historical footage and interviews with those who know this history best, the soldiers who fought it.
