She is the author of 14 books, including Coming Back to Life, and the creator of a revolutionary framework for personal and social change called The Work That Reconnects.

Jessica Serrante is a coach for climate leaders and host of The Work That Reconnects. She has been a climate activist since 2007 and has served on staff at organizations including Greenpeace and Rainforest Action Network. She holds a master's degree from Parsons School of Design, where she studied urban climate resilience and is a professionally certified coach with over 1,500 hours of experience.
