Best skate park day ever 1286
It's ready!! If you watched the last vlog, you know the one where we were doing the water experiment in the backyard, so you might remember that we accidentally left the hose on in the skatepark and it turned into a huge pool. Well, it's full and Jenny and I can't wait to surprise the kids. Adley, Niko Bear and Navey are all in their swimsuits but they don't know why. I can't wait to see their faces when they see what we've done.
After the surprise and excitement, we all slide into the skate park pool and the water is amazing. We have inflatable animals that Niko and Navey ride on, while Adley tries to surf on an inflatable ice cream. Adley turns to me and says / "Dad, we should invite some friends /" so we call Nick who helps us with A for Adley, and Adley's friend Clair with her dad to come swim with us.
Once our friends arrive, the party really begins. We have a water fight with super soakers and water balloons. Niko pushes me into the pool and Adley wets Mom with water balloons. We then installed a slide from the patio to the pool. Navey loves it, Adley can't stop and Niko Bear is a little daredevil who does tons of tricks while sliding in the pool. We also have a giant ball that floats around and crushes people lol.
To take a little break, we play on the trampoline before jumping on the splash pad. We collect a ton of paper cups and place them on the water jets so that they fly into the air like little rockets. Then it's time to jump into the hot tub and pool where Adley attempts to set a new world record for the number of underwater jumps she can do.
After our friends get home and the girls come home to start our bedtime routine, Niko and I continue hanging out in the pool. We joke about camping in the skate park pool and have a mini water balloon fight. I love how much fun my family had, what an incredible memory we created, and it was truly a dream come true for me. I always wanted to do this and now I did it!
