Today, Charis Bible College graduate Erin Weisbrodt encourages and empowers others by hosting our Charis Daily live Bible studies as well as mentoring through her own ministry, New You Ministries. A calling that not long ago seemed like a pipe dream as she struggled with a serious drug addiction, devoid of any hope for the future. Until she discovered the free teachings of Andrew Wommack and found the missing piece that would fill the hole in her heart. Following several difficult and emotional events, at age 15, Erin turned to the world of drugs to find an escape and fill the void from within. This search for fulfillment would evolve into a seven-year drug addiction and would require the intervention of his family.
After seven years of downward spiral, Erin's path to sobriety led her to complete the 30-day program at the inpatient clinic. Replacing hard drugs and alcohol with counseling sessions and NA meetings, Erin did everything in her power to be released. However, these external measures left Erin feeling trapped by the words she recited at each meeting.
While searching for the truth, Erin found Andrew Wommack's Daily Show. Encouraged by her revelations about teachings such as Spirit, Soul, and Body, Erin had hope for the first time and decided to attend Charis Bible College. While under the guidance of teachers like Barry Bennett Carrie Pickett, the revelation of God's unconditional love and grace became hers and she found herself free from a life of guilt and condemnation .
