Dr. Uché Blackstock says black doctors make up only 5.7% of doctors in the United States and the price for black patients is high. In his new book /"Legacy/", Dr. Blackstock traces this inequity to a report published in 1910, forcing five of the seven black medical schools to close. She chats with Michel Martin.
