Sira Abenoza is Professor of Sustainability, Business Ethics and Socratic Dialogue at ESADE Business and Law School, as well as Visiting Professor at Jesuit Universities in Central America. She is founder of the Institute for Socratic Dialogue, an organization aimed at spreading genuine dialogue as a tool for businesses to engage with their stakeholders; for governments to promote peace and strengthen democracy; and for NGOs and civil organizations to give a voice to those who do not have one.
