Widow of cyclist killed in July shares teachable moment
On Wednesday evening, East Bay cyclists will wear black armbands and, during a funeral procession, take part in a silent ride to honor the slain riders. Among those remembered is Greg Knapp, who died in July. Jessica Aguirre reports.
